  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted creamy almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preparation

In a blender, puree all ingredients and a pinch salt until smooth. Pour into a glass.
