Ingredients

  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped papaya
  • 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 3/4 cup almond or cashew milk
  • Sliced star fruit
  • Granola
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut

Preparation

In a blender, puree 1 sliced frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks, 1/2 cup chopped papaya, 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 3/4 cup almond or cashew milk. Top with sliced star fruit, granola and shredded unsweetened coconut.

Note: Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant powers. Mixing it with black pepper helps your body absorb it.
