Baklava Stacks

Serve one-bit parfaits in shot glasses for a post-brunch treat.

  • 2 2/3 cups honey-flavored Greek yogurt
  • 2 large shredded-wheat biscuits, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pistachios
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. brandy
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom


Divide half the yogurt among 4 glasses. Top with half the shredded wheat, then half the pistachios; repeat. In bowl, combine honey, brandy and spices; heat in microwave 15 seconds. Drizzle over desserts.
