Ingredients

  • 14 ounces pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 6 bocconcini, halved
  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 cup baby arugula

Preparation

Preheat baking sheet in 450 degrees oven. Roll dough onto oiled parchment paper; transfer to hot baking sheet. Top with marinara, then next 4 ingredients; season. Bake until dough is golden, 15 minutes. Top with arugula.
