Bacon-and-Onion Stuffing Hash

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 prepared Stove Top Quick Cups
  • 2 chopped cooked bacon slices

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook 1/2 cup chopped onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat until softened. Stir in 2 prepared Stove Top Quick Cups, 2 chopped cooked bacon slices and another 2 tablespoons olive oil. Separate into patties and, using a metal spatula, press thin. Flip and cook until crisp. Serve with eggs.
