- 1 1/2 cups diced onion
- 1/3 cup chopped bacon
- 1 (about 1/2 pound) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 scallion, sliced
In skillet, cook onion and bacon over high, 5 minutes. On parchment-lined baking sheet, pierce pastry with a fork; top with cheese, then bacon mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until golden, 20 minutes. Sprinkle with scallion; season.
