- 1/2 Hass avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons minced shallot
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado. Stir in the yogurt, buttermilk, lime juice, dill and shallot. Season with salt and pepper.
