Aunt Betsy's Cranberry Relish

  • 2 3/4 cups (10 oz.) fresh cranberries
  • 1 medium apple (skin-on), cored and coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium seedless orange, peel and pith removed, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar, plus additional to taste


In a food processor, pulse the fruit until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in the sugar. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes. Serve, or keep chilled.
