Ingredients

  • Puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Deli-sliced ham
  • Dijon mustard
  • Thick asparagus spears
  • Egg, beaten

Preparation

Sprinkle a rolled out sheet of puff pastry with Parmesan. Top with a thin layer of sliced ham and dijon mustard. Cut pastry into 1/2-inch strips; wrap around thick asparagus spears. Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with more cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until golden.
