- 1/2 pound pizza dough
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 3 ounces diced pancetta, cooked
- 3 stalks asparagus, thinly sliced on an angle
- 1 scallion, sliced
- Olive oil
- Torn basil
On parchment-lined baking sheet, shape dough into oval. Bake at 500 degrees until beginning to brown, 8 minutes. Spread with cheese; top with pancetta, asparagus and scallion. Bake until crust crisps, 8 minutes. Season; drizzle with oil and top with basil.
