Asparagus, Goat Cheese & Pancetta Pizza

  • 1/2 pound pizza dough
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 3 ounces diced pancetta, cooked
  • 3 stalks asparagus, thinly sliced on an angle
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Torn basil


On parchment-lined baking sheet, shape dough into oval. Bake at 500 degrees until beginning to brown, 8 minutes. Spread with cheese; top with pancetta, asparagus and scallion. Bake until crust crisps, 8 minutes. Season; drizzle with oil and top with basil.
