Asian Nachos

  • 4 ounces wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shrimp, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 1/3 cup carrots, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for garnishing
  • Lime juice, for garnishing


Crisp oiled wonton wrappers at 350 degrees in oven.

Toss cooked shrimp with simmered soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic.

Arrange wonton crisps in a single layer to overlap slightly. Add shrimp mixture atop the wonton chips, along with cabbage, carrots, sesame seeds and lime juice.
