Apricot Preserves

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh apricots, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch salt
Preparation
In medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to boil, lower heat and simmer until jamlike, about 25 minutes. Let cool, transfer to airtight container and refrigerate.
