Ingredients

  • Sweet apple, such as Gala, sliced thick
  • 1/2 English muffin, toasted
  • Swiss cheese slice
  • Black Forest ham slice
  • Egg, poached
  • Smoked paprika

Preparation

Saute apple in butter over medium. Layer half a toasted English muffin with the apple, a Swiss cheese slice and a Black Forest ham slice. Top with a poached egg and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
