Ingredients

  • Sweet-tart apples, such as Cortland, diced
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Oats
  • Brown sugar
  • Butter, melted
  • Salt

Preparation

In individual, foil-lined and greased 6-oz. ramekins, toss diced sweet-tart apples, such as Cortland, with lemon juice and sugar. Top with a crumbly mixture of 2 parts oats, 1 part brown sugar, 1/2 part melted butter and a pinch salt. Bake crisps at 350 degrees until topping is golden and apple mixture is bubbling, about 35 minutes.
