- 4 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
In saucepan, heat first 5 ingredients over medium, stirring until sugar dissolves. Off heat; let stand 10 minutes. Add 2 cups ice cubes; let ice melt. Add pork; let marinate in fridge 30 minutes. Pat dry and brush with EVOO before grilling.
