- Tart-sweet apples, such as Crispin, shredded
- Butter, melted
Spread chutney on 2 slices multigrain bread. Layer one with sliced smoked Gouda, shredded tart-sweet apples, such as Crispin, and top with other bread slice. Cook in a skillet with melted butter and EVOO over medium until cheese melts, about 4 minutes per side.
