  • Crisp apples, such as Fuji, cored and sliced
  • Cinnamon sugar

Preparation

Core and slice crisp apples, such as Fuji, into thin rounds. Dust with cinnamon sugar. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 250 degrees until crispy, turning once, about 1 1/2 hours. Let cool.
