Angel-Berry Parfaits

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup chilled heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 7 ounces angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Preparation
In bowl, mix berries and jam. In another bowl, whip cream and sugar. Fold in cake. Divide half of cake mixture among 4 bowls; top with half of berry mixture and almonds. Repeat layering.
