- 1/2 cup amaretto
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 6 egg white
- 3/4 cup heavy cream, chilled
In saucepan, bring amaretto to a boil; transfer to a blender with chocolate and egg whites. Blend until frothy, 3 minutes. Add 1/4 cup cream and blend until thick, 30 seconds. Freeze in serving bowls, 30 minutes. Beat remaining cream until thick. Dollop on puddings.
