- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla dairy-free frozen dessert (made from soy or coconut milk), such as Tofutti
In blender, mix almond milk, ice cubes, almonds and vanilla until smooth. Add frozen dessert and blend until smooth. Pour into glass.
