- 5 cups almond milk
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup whiskey
- 1/3 cup amaretto
- Freshly grated or ground nutmeg
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- Ice cubes
Add milk, syrup, whiskey, amaretto and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg to blender; scrape in vanilla bean seeds and blend until frothy. Pour over ice in 8 glasses. Sprinkle with more nutmeg.
