London's Getting a Pomeranian Café, and We Just Booked Tickets to England
If you have spring travel plans, you might want to cancel them. If you don't, you're going to want to make them.
On May 12, London's Happenstance bar and restaurant is hosting a pop-up Pom Café for Pomeranian owners and lovers, complete with dog-friendly drinks and snacks. That calls for an early vacation to England, right mates?
The event, which is being held to celebrate the May 24 release of The Secret Life of Pets 2, invites Pomeranian owners to bring their pets in for a spring playdate. The dogs can mingle with their fellow Pom peers while enjoying an array of treats, including pupcakes, dognuts, pupcorn, pupuccinos, and pawseco.
If you don't have a Pomeranian, you can still attend the event and take in the pure joy that is dozens of fluffy dogs running about a café on a sunny spring day. Human food and drinks will be available to sustain you during your visit, including free cupcakes for everyone who attends.
The event will run in 70-minute time slots beginning at 12:30 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Pomeranian owners can purchase tickets for £10, and all others who want to attend can purchase tickets for £14 (about $13 USD and $18 USD, respectively). Tickets are available starting April 6.
If you can't make it to London for the Pom Café, there will be another event in Manchester on May 24. Professional photos will be posted online post-event, so you can still revel in all the fluffy fun from across the pond! Visit pugcafe.com for more information and to purchase tickets.
