3:30 a.m. We just wrapped -- it's not unusual to finish late on Ghost Whisperer's schedule. Because this is sort of a scary show, we tend to shoot at nighttime a lot. Today was one of the days we worked all night and into the morning.
4 a.m. I get home and head to bed.
7:07 a.m. I wake up (it's really hard for me to sleep when it's light out), so I watch MTV for a bit and fall back to sleep.
9:30 a.m. I start every morning with my favorite cup of tea, PG Tips. It's a British tea. Today, I'm making biscuits with honey. Since I'm sleepy and had kind of a long work night, I've decided to have something naughty. And no, I don't make them from scratch -- they're just the ones in the can!
9:55 a.m. Next, I take the dog out -- I have a Cavalier King Charles spaniel named Charlie. She's my favorite dog ever.
11 a.m. Before lunch, I do some yoga. I just started a couple of weeks ago, and now I do it twice a week for an hour and a half.
12:40 p.m. Today, I'm making lunch -- chicken-vegetable couscous with grilled onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. If my schedule allows, I try to cook at least breakfast and dinner, because I really do love to cook.
2:30 p.m. I have to work tonight, so I'm just doing laundry and cleaning the kitchen this afternoon -- really exciting stuff!
7 p.m. Back to work! When I get there, I usually make a protein shake. I use two bananas, nonfat strawberry yogurt, vanilla protein powder and a little ice. And I have a snack -- whatever the craft services woman is making. She's amazing! Since we're always working weird hours, she tries to keep the set healthy.
10 p.m. I've recently stopped drinking soda, so I drink about nine bottles of water a day. But today's Friday, so I'll let myself have a Sprite with dinner. On a night like tonight, when it's late, I'll have a salad or soup. I love tuna -- almost every day I have a scoop of tuna with an apple or crackers. We're lucky because the show films near the Universal CityWalk, so there are lots of restaurants up there.
1:05 a.m. After I've been at work five or six hours, I drink this stuff called Red Alert, which I mix into a bottle of water. It's supposed to give you lots of fruits and vegetables. It doesn't taste awful, but it isn't the best thing you've ever had, either. It's good for you, though ... and we still have five or six hours to go!
