How to Cheat on Your Diet
Go ahead and indulge -- just follow these tricks from diet guru Timothy Brantley.
1. Chew each bite of food until it can't be chewed anymore. That'll slow you down, so you're likely to eat less.
2. Have that burger, but top it with raw onions, which keep your cholesterol levels in check.
3. Sprinkle dessert with cinnamon. It controls post-meal insulin spikes -- and you won't be inclined to go for seconds.
