Bring home the noodle shop craze! Soup up packages of ramen with easy mix-ins to create these classic, comforting bowls.
Smoked Salmon: Prepare ramen according to package directions, using half the amount of water and half the flavor packet. (Broth will just coat noodles.) Top with smoked salmon, pickled ginger, scallions and poppy seeds.
Bacon and Eggs: In a saucepan, crisp a chopped slice of bacon. In the same pan, prepare ramen according to package directions. Crack in an egg, cover and cook over low, 2 minutes. Top with roasted seaweed snacks and chili oil.
Tomato and Cheese: Prepare ramen according to package directions, adding 1 tablespoon of chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil along with the flavor packet. Top with a slice of American cheese.
Spiced Pork: Prepare ramen according to package directions, adding a cinnamon stick and a spoonful of hoisin sauce along with the flavor packet. Top with sliced roasted pork loin and shredded green cabbage.
