“I couldn’t grill the chicken breasts because the weather wasn’t cooperating, so I broiled them in the oven. They turned out fine, but I can’t tell you how long I actually cooked them. Next time, I’ll use my grill.”

“Assembly was easy until I tried to wrap the prosciutto around the stuffed breasts. The tomatoes kept falling out, but I suppose that’s my fault for not slicing everything thinner. The chicken was delicious. I’ll definitely make this again.”
