Aldi never disappoints us.

Ladies and gentlemen, Aldi has done it again. The store launched these Southern Grove Pumpkin Spiced Almonds as one of their Aldi Finds—and these almonds are good. They're really good. So good, in fact, that they are the true inspiration behind me choosing to write about pumpkin spice for the entire month of October despite not being a traditional pumpkin spice fan. Because hey, if I almost ate the entire bag of these nuts in one sitting, there had to be at least a few other delicious pumpkin spiced products out there (and there are—like this granola and these cookies!).

Why, you ask, are these almonds that delicious? For one, they have the perfect level of pumpkin spice. It's definitely the first and strongest flavor you notice, but you can still taste the nut inside—versus, say, a chocolate-covered nut where you really only taste the chocolate. The powdery coating is what gives the almond it's flavor and is made from sugar, palm oil, canola oil, spices, and salt... OK, so it's not the healthiest snack out there, but who's excited about eating a handful of plain unsalted almonds? No one. And while the nuts aren't overpowering, you only need a few to feel like you're getting a good dose of fall flavor.

Finally, adding to my excitement, I was able to snack on a handful without the powdery coating getting all over my desk, which is a huge plus if you ask me (Cheetos, I love you, but you're not at all practical for desk-side snacking). Like all Aldi Find items, these nuts are available at Aldi stores until they sell out—so get 'em while you still can!
