Stuff We Love: Pineapple Collaborative Oil & Vinegar
In 2015, Ariel Pasternak hosted a potluck dinner for some food-industry women in D.C. with the goal of creating a female-focused food community. Five years later, her Pineapple Collaborative has connected more than 100,000 food-loving ladies. Pasternak and business partner Atara Bernstein run the multifaceted brand, which includes a website, events across the country, and a line of women-made products. We're crushing on The Olive Oil ($28), which is made from a blend of three kinds of California olives and packaged in a countertop-worthy tin. We also love The ACV ($16), a fragrant, tangy apple cider vinegar that gets its fresh flavor from a combo of Gravenstein, Red Rome Beauty, Golden Delicious, and Pink Pearl apples. Use both to whisk up an awesome salad dressing—with a side of girl power.
