We’ve all been in this sticky situation: measuring honey, then waiting for it to creep out of the cup. To fast-track your slow molasses (or honey or syrup), grease the measuring spoon or cup before adding the sticky stuff, then watch it slide out. No residue also means more accurate measurements.
