Mix 4 cups panko breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp. each garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Transfer to an airtight container. Use this mix to bread chicken or pork cutlets or to give fish a crunchy coating.
In an airtight container, mix 8 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. baking soda, and 1 1/2 tsp. salt. To make pancakes, mix 2 cups of the dry mix, 2 eggs, 2 cups milk, and 6 tbsp. vegetable oil. Griddle pancakes over medium heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Mix 2 cups salt with 2 tbsp. each paprika, ground turmeric, onion powder, and garlic powder. Transfer to an airtight container. Stash this salt with your spices. Sprinkle on meat, vegetables, avocado toast—or anything else that needs a little punch.
Tip: When prepping a lot of ingredients, keep them organized on a baking sheet to contain the mess.
