Craving those jammy eggs from your favorite ramen joint? To make them at home, prepare a bowl of ice water and set a steamer basket in a saucepan. Add enough water to reach the bottom of the basket; bring to a rolling boil. Add the eggs. Cover and steam for 6 1/2 minutes. Transfer to the ice water to cool. Peel the eggs and serve on toast, salads, or noodles. Egg-cellent!
