Want an easy way to fun up salads, ice cream, yogurt, and more? Give candied nuts a try! Even if you don't have any on-hand, they're super easy to make at home. Got 10 minutes? Then you've got candied nuts!
How to Make Candied Nuts
In a skillet, cook 1/2 cup pistachios (walnuts, almonds, and other nuts work, too) over medium heat until toasted, about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. sugar.
Cook, stirring constantly, until glazed, about 8 minutes.
Spread on a parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
Season with salt and let cool.
How easy was that? Now sprinkle them on whatever you'd like or eat 'em by the handful—no judgments here!
