Moisturizing
Papaya gently exfoliates and is ripe with anti-inflammatory compounds. A bit of cooling kefir also calms redness.
In a food processor, blend the ingredients. Apply to clean, dry skin and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water. (Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.)
Anti-Aging
With antioxidant-rich red wine, exfoliating ground coffee, and hydrating coconut oil, you’re gonna glow. Sub coconut oil with yogurt if you’re acne-prone.
In a food processor, mix the ingredients until smooth. (This can take up to 15 minutes.) Pour off any excess wine. Apply in circular motions, then let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. (The mask will keep for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.)
Sun-Soothing
Vitamin E protects skin from sun damage. Recover from a beach day with this replenishing combo.
In a small bowl, mix the ingredients until a paste forms. Apply in a circular motion, then let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. (This mask discolors quickly, so use it immediately.)
Before applying anything to your face, do a sensitivity test: Dab a bit on your inner arm and watch for any adverse reactions.
