DON'T GET STUCK
To prevent the dough from sticking, dip the cutter in flour before you stamp out the cookies.
CLEAN AS YOU GO
Before you roll out the scraps and cut out more cookies, use a metal bench scraper to clean all the messy little dough bits off the surface.
Once you finish a pan of cutouts, pop them in the fridge. Chilled cookies will keep their shape; warm cutouts tend to spread as they bake.
