6:30 a.m. When we're at home and not on tour, we get up early and wake the kids. For breakfast, my wife, Debbie, always makes something with protein. I eat cereal, but I don't like milk, so I use soy milk. I love cranberry juice, but I'm not a coffee drinker -- as a Mormon, I avoid caffeine.

8:30 a.m. I like to jump right into my work -- I'm prepping for our Donny & Marie Osmond show in Vegas.

1 p.m. For lunch, Debbie will fix turkey sandwiches. We have a water purifier, so we drink a lot of it. As a singer, especially in Utah, you have to hydrate constantly.

3 p.m. I've been spending a lot of time in front of the computer working on our lighting and set lists. I power walk to take a break. Debbie and I are doing the American Heart Association's National Start! Challenge, which takes 30 minutes a day. I got fitter when I did Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. I wore a loincloth -- that's a lot of motivation! I also do some Tai yoga later in the day.

6 p.m. For dinner, we eat mainly chicken and salad. Debbie makes a mean enchilada, which she'll cook for special occasions.

8 p.m. We're TiVo people, but not couch potatoes. My wife and I always had a no-video-games rule, but we just got the Nintendo Wii. It's very interactive -- I actually work up a sweat playing. I wouldn't be surprised if it gave me tennis elbow!

12 a.m. I go to bed late. My mind starts going at night -- that's when those creative juices begin flowing.
