  • EVOO
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemons
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 1/2 lbs. thawed frozen large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Butter
  • 1 baguette

For the Grilled Cod with Blackberry Sauce

  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups blackberries
  • Blackberry jam
  • Sherry vinegar
  • Cayenne
  • 4 cod fillets (7 oz. each)
  • 1 bunch watercress

For the Charred Veggie Flatbread

  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 jalapeño chile
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil
  • 4 naan
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato
  • Micro cilantro or fresh cilantro sprigs
