Easy Homemade Croutons

When life hands you stale bread…make croutons!

In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp. each butter and olive oil over medium-high. Add 4 cups cubed bread; season. Toss until golden, 8 minutes. Let cool on a paper towel–lined plate. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
