Rum & Coffee Cocktail

Makes 4 Servings


  • 7 oz. cold-brew coffee concentrate
  • 6 oz. dark rum
  • 4 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Angostura bitters
  • Tonic water
  • Lime wheels


In ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine coffee, rum, simple syrup, lime juice and bitters. Shake and strain into 4 ice-filled glasses. Top with tonic water to taste. Garnish with lime.
