Rosé & Campari Spritz

This refreshing drink gets its gorgeous hue from rosé, campari, apples, and pomegranate seeds.

Start to Finish

10 minutes (plus chilling) 


8 cups


  • 1 bottle (750 milliliters) rosé, chilled    

  • 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds    

  • 1/4 cup Campari liqueur    

  • 1/4 cup gin   

  • 1 red apple, cored and thinly sliced    

  • 3-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into large pieces   

  • 2 cups ginger ale, chilled    


In large pitcher, mix first 6 ingredients. Refrigerate until flavors meld, at least 1 hour. Discard ginger. Top with ginger ale.
