Mixed Greens with Blueberries & Buttermilk Goat Cheese Dressing

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 oz. soft goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp. EVOO
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 10 oz. mixed greens
  • 6 oz. fresh blueberries


In blender, puree buttermilk, cheese, EVOO and coriander. Stir in chives; season dressing. In large bowl, toss greens and blueberries; season. Drizzle with dressing.
