Mexican-Style Grilled Avocados

This might just be our new favorite thing to do with avocados.

  • 3 firm avocados, halved and pitted

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco 

  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves

  • hot sauce, to taste


Drizzle avocados with oil; season with salt. Grill, cut-side down, over high heat until just charred, about 2 minutes. Garnish with remaining ingredients.
