Honey-Pistachio Granola

Makes 5 1/2 cups Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup puffed wheat cereal
  • 3/4 cup pistachios
  • 3 tbsp. honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries

Preparation

On parchment-lined baking sheet, toss first 6 ingredients and 1/4 tsp. salt. Bake at 350°, turning occasionally, until oats are toasted, about 15 minutes. Stir in apricots and cherries. Serve with yogurt and honey.
