Carrot-y Mary

Makes 2 Servings


  • Kosher salt
  • 4 oz. carrot juice
  • 4 oz. vodka
  • 2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 or 2 dashes hot sauce
  • Celery sticks and carrot slivers, for garnish


Wet rims of 2 glasses; dip in kosher salt. In ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake carrot juice, vodka, lemon juice, celery salt, ginger and hot sauce; season with pepper. Strain into glasses; garnish.
