Blueberry & Green Tea Punch

This layered drink is a great party trick, and it's easy to make for a crowd!

Start to Finish: 30 minutes

Servings: Makes 6 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, plus more for garnish

  • 3 cups fresh mint, plus more for garnish

  • four 4-inch-long pieces of fresh ginger, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 6 tea bags of green tea

  • lemon wedges, for squeezing

Preparation

Using muddler, crush 2 cups blueberries in heatproof pitcher. Add 3 cups mint, ginger, sugar, and tea bags. Top with 8 cups boiling water. Let steep for 20 minutes. Strain into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with blueberries and mint. Top each with squeeze of lemon.
