Bacon Butter

  • 6 ounces bacon (about 7 slices), cooked until crispy
  • 1 4 ounce stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup


In food processor, pulse bacon until finely chopped, then blend in butter and syrup; refrigerate until firm. Transfer to parchment paper, roll into log and tie ends with ribbons as a gift for serving with toast, waffles and more.
