How to Make Candied Nuts

In a skillet, cook 1/2 cup pistachios (walnuts, almonds, and other nuts work, too) over medium heat until toasted, about 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. sugar.

Cook, stirring constantly, until glazed, about 8 minutes.

Spread on a parchment paper–lined baking sheet.

Season with salt and let cool.

How easy was that? Now sprinkle them on whatever you'd like or eat 'em by the handful—no judgments here!
