Celebrating the "Fruitful" Cookbook Launch
We celebrated the launch of "Fruitful," the brand new cookbook from Red Jacket Orchards at their NYC bash!

Last night, I had the opportunity to celebrate the launch of Fruitful, the brand new cook book written by Brian Nicholson and Sarah Hawk of Red Jacket Orchards. Red Jacket sells their products, including cold press juices, and all natural jam and butters in grocery stores and farmers markets across the country. But now you can bring the flavors of Red Jacket Orchards to your own table with gorgeous recipes utilizing seasonal fruit. The event was held at The Nomad Hotel's Johnson Room, and it was a perfect summer night. Two speciality cocktails were served featuring Red Jackets Apricot Stomp and Fuji Apple Blend, and delectable Nomad hor d'oeuvres were passed, including brioche toast points with foie gras and their famous butter dipped radishes. The room was beautifully decorated with fresh Red Jacket Apples and dozens of signed cookbooks. It was truly a delightful evening.
