[MUSIC] I'm going to be making curried chickpeas from the July/August issue of Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine's fast ideas. Here's what you'll need. One large onion, chopped, preferably using onion goggles. Three cloves of garlic, chopped. Two tablespoons of EVOO. Two 15 ounce cans of chickpeas, rinsed. One six ounce package of spinach. Two tablespoons of tomato paste. Two teaspoons of curry powder. And plain yogurt; I like Greek. In a large skillet, cook onion and garlic in EVOO, over medium, five minutes. And, next 4 ingredients. And, 1/3 cup water. [MUSIC] Cook two minutes and season. Top with the yogurt and enjoy!
