Desserts in a snap: Warm Chocolate Pudding. Here's what you'll need: 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar, 3 cups milk, 1/4 cup cornstarch, pinch of salt, 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, and 2 egg yolks. In a saucepan, whisk 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Whisk in 3 cups milk and 2 eggs yolks over medium heat. Stir in 6 oz. of chocolate until melted.
