Desserts in a snap: Orange and Ice Cream Trifles. Here's what you'll need: 3 oranges, 1/2 cup orange marmalade, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream, and 6 slices (1 inch thick) pound cake, cubed. Cut between orange membranes to remove segments. Cut each segment into 3 pieces. Toss oranges with 1/2 cup marmalade and 2 tbsp. lemon juice. Add cake cubes to a dessert glass.
